Canary Wharf - Lino Print

This print has taken a few years to go from sketch, to test print, to final version. It is a view up the escalators at Canary Wharf underground station in London. I spent a number of years working above this concrete monster and have mixed feelings about the view, sometimes I was in awe of the efficiency of the machine that delivers so many people to their destinations...but it is a very grey space.

For this reason I decided to run with two versions, an efficient black and a more optimistic green to give it a bit of life.

The print is a single layer reduction print.
